As a Realtor. I am all abt connecting  with great contractors. I only refer if I can personally  voche for them. Last year we did our floors and I went against my feeling with another company. The job was terrible & from day one when painters came to paint, poly was lifting. That company came back, not once but 3 times and nothing. I hated the floors. They look dirty old and before you say it's  becauase of your dogs.  No sir, even the rooms they don't  go in it was happening. . We ended up calling Mr Hardwood Rob back.( he was the guy that gave us a little higher quote)  and had him redo the whole house and these floors are amazing! Goes  to show cheaper is not always better.  A life lesson learn the hard way here.  I let my husband Carlos pick the color this time a little lighter than what I picked last time. But I think they look amazing can't wait to get this dust clean and furniture back in end of the week.   WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT THIS TIME!  If you need a floor guy let me know.
